LOCATION

We Are Located at 300 10th Avenue E. in Springfield, TN. (Directions Below Map)

From Nashville - Take I-65 toward Louisville/Clarksville.  Merge onto I-24 still heading toward
Louisville/Clarksville. Take Exit 35 toward Springfield/Joelton. Keep Right at the fork onto US-431.
Take US-431 into Springfield.  Turn Left Onto Memorial Blvd.  Turn Left onto E 10th Ave. 
Covenant Confirmers Minsitry, Inc. is on the right at the top of the hill (behind CVS).  The clinic
entrance is on the side of the building, there is a sign on the door.

From Clarksville - Take I-24 toward Nashville. Take Exit 24 and turn Left onto TN-49 E.  Take
TN-49 E into Springfield. Turn Right onto Central Ave W.  Turn Left onto Memorial Blvd.  Turn
Left onto E 10th Ave.  Covenant Confirmers Minsitry, Inc. is on the right at the top of the hill (behind CVS).
The clinic entrance is on the side of the building, there is a sign on the door.
